Young Divorce:
Finding Your Way from Heartbroken to Whole 

Young Divorce: Finding Your Way from Heartbroken to Whole is a five-week, in-person/online hybrid workshop series running from late May through June in Bedford and online. This support-based workshop series is specifically designed for female-identifying people in their 20s and 30s to build hope, empowered perspectives and resourcefulness as they navigate pre-divorce, mid-divorce or post-divorce challenges.

For $300 + HST for the workshop series (about $69 per session) participants will:

 

Access practical resources and videos via the online education and coaching platform for 1 year

Connect with a community of others who “get it”

*

Learn how to perform quick tapping, breathing and somatic exercises that can be used throughout the day to release stress and restore energy

*

Acknowledge the pain and uncertainty of this time and envision a future that feels better

*

Use helpful frameworks, tools and strategies to guide decision making

*

 

Week 1: Mapping Your Journey

In-person on Sunday, May 26 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Bedford

In Week 1, we will map the emotional landscape of the divorce journey and learn how to cope with, process and release heavy emotions.

 

Week 2: Leveraging Live Experience

Online on Wednesday, June 5 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

In Week 2, we explore how you can work with the lessons of your life experiences to become stronger, more grounded and clear in order to make better decisions going forward.

 

Week 3: Possibility and Progress, Not Perfection

In-person on Sunday, June 9 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Bedford

In Week 3, we will introduce the power of acceptance, neutrality and sense-making in helping you rebuild your sense of yourself so you can move forward with peace and confidence.

 

Week 4: Finding Closure on Your Own Terms

Online on Wednesday, June 19 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

In Week 4, we will guide and support you through a powerful exercise for emotional closure. This will lay the groundwork for you to move forward on your own terms. 

 

Week 5: You Got This!

In-person on Sunday, June 23 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Bedford

In Week 5, we will focus on exercises that expand your self-concept and bring in new energy and emotions to carry you forward on your journey.

 

Please note, in-person sessions are held in a second-floor meeting space accessible by stairs. We ask participants to consider their physical mobility when registering for the workshop.
